It can be hard to part ways with a piece even for a short while when it becomes a seamlessly natural extension of your own style and personal expression. However, the truth is, the less you can do to wear the surface off, the longer a gold-fill piece will last.
These pieces are near and dear to me. The matte gold is soft, but stunning, and highlights the subtle but gorgeous transition between the two metals. It’s sweet, but bold… different. These pieces are available in matte and shiny, and combinations of the two. My personal favorite is matte all the way.
Solid gold is the most valuable form of jewelry you can buy, and is typically a really solid (get it?) investment. It’s long-lasting, can be worn beautifully and well over a lifetime, and handed down or sold years and years after the initial purchase. A solid piece can last forever if it’s cared for properly.
I’m all about quality, durability, and style. When I began designing, my desire was to create a collection of classic, elegant jewelry that would be long-lasting and affordable. I believe that everyone should be aware of the quality metal they’re purchasing when investing in jewelry.
Last week I completely unplugged in Mexico (quite literally: there was not a single picture snapped nor email checked!) for the wedding of one of my dearest friends. Being present for her big day was so special, and a wonderful reminder that love transcends all bounds and territories.
It was truly spectacular to create such special pieces for two of my absolute favorite people. It’s such a joy to know they wear my jewelry everyday as a symbol of their commitment. In honor of their first anniversary I wanted to share this great story and remind my lovely readers that CMD is a great bridal resource.
