Chain Replacement

Did you break your favorite Colleen Mauer Designs necklace? CMD can replace your necklace chain for a nominal fee. For a regular (short) length necklace (up to 24") it's $58 to replace a gold chain, $48 to replace a silver chain, and $54 to replace and oxidized (black) chain. For long necklaces (over 24"), we charge an extra $20. If you're unsure of the length of your necklace, send a photo to showroom@colleenmauerdesigns.com. Note, these prices refer to our necklaces in our regular 14k gold-fill collection. If you have a 14k solid gold chain, please contact us and we’ll get you a price quote to fix it. You are responsible to ship the broken necklace to us. We do recommend you insure your package and keep the tracking info as we are not responsible for lost packages. We will contact you once we make your purchase and will provide the correct mailing address based on the carrier you chose. Please hold off on shipping until you hear from us as we do have multiple mailing addresses.
